Through my volunteer work, I have had the privilege of helping and empowering communities, whether through direct support or by facilitating opportunities for growth and self-sufficiency. This paper argues that Thailand’s economic performance from 2015 to 2025 reflects a deceleration of growth due to structural constraints and global shocks, despite targeted reforms and partial recovery in key sectors such as tourism and exports. Without deep institutional and productivity reforms, Thailand’s long-term growth potential remains limited.

Tulong Lasalyano: Usapang Baha at Buhay Volunteer
As a volunteer for Tulong Lasalyano: Usapang Baha at Buhay, I participated in community outreach efforts focused on flood awareness, disaster preparedness, and resilience-building. Through this experience, I gained firsthand insight into the day-to-day challenges faced by individuals and families living in flood-prone areas. I assisted in facilitating educational discussions and engaging with locals to better understand their needs and coping strategies. This role deepened my understanding of climate-related vulnerabilities and strengthened my commitment to community-centered and sustainable approaches to disaster risk reduction.
EHEMPLO 2025 Volunteer
Participated in community immersion activities, particularly conducted a workshop aimed at fostering social awareness, cultural preservation and servant leadership.
